Ryan's journey with Dynamics started in the early days of version 4.0. Since then, he’s designed and delivered mission-critical solutions for clients across industries — from government and legal aid organizations to energy companies and enterprise firms. As a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist, he's known for building systems that not only meet requirements but transform how organizations operate.

Ryan is a senior technical consultant, architect, and lifelong technologist. Over his career, he has:
- Delivered dozens of successful Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects
- Mentored junior consultants into leadership roles
- Contributed to enterprise architecture strategies for clients like Fujitsu, Legal Aid Alberta, Capital Power, and many more
- Built integration and automation solutions across industries and platforms
- Led communities and training labs to help others get certified and job-ready
